Research and Development
VB.NET Developer
This role will involve working on a variety of new and existing projects, allowing the successful candidate to be involved in the full development life cycle, from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience/personal attributes
- Minimum of 2 years experience developing Windows-based applications using VB.NET.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 (stored procedures, triggers, function, etc).
- Good understanding of Object Oriented Design/Programming.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Background knowledge of developing VB6 applications (would be beneficial).
- Experience of the financial market place (would be beneficial).
The successful candidate for this role would ideally be educated to Degree level. As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to take part in basic written/mathematical aptitude tests.

ASP/VB.NET Developer
This role will involve working on a variety of new and existing projects, allowing the developer to be involved in the full development life cycle from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience/personal attributes:
- Minimum of 2 years experience developing Web Applications and Web services using VB.NET and ASP.NET
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 (stored procedures, triggers, function, etc).
- Good understanding of HTML, XML, XSL, CSS, JavaScript, and other web related technologies.
- Good understanding of Object Oriented Design/Programming.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Background knowledge of developing Classic ASP and VB6 applications (would be beneficial).
- Experience of the financial market place (would be beneficial).
The successful candidate for this role would ideally be educated to Degree level. As part of the interview process, candidates will be required to take part in basic written / mathematical aptitude tests.
