Rathbones raises customer service bar with Equipos client reporting
New Coric system is quick to implement and flexible to use
15 January 2006, Wolverhampton, UK – Equipos Limited has announced the successful implementation of its client reporting solution by Rathbones Investment Management. Rathbones is one of the oldest and largest providers of independent investment and wealth management services in the UK. Rathbones generates tens of thousands of client reports every quarter and as many tax packs in April.
Equipos Coric Straight Through Reporting (STR) was implemented in a very short timeframe, to accommodate an immovable deadline – production of the December client reporting run. Equipos Coric STR will enable Rathbones to provide more innovative and comprehensive reporting. The product’s unparalleled scalability will accommodate significant growth in client numbers, providing superior quality output through alternative distribution channels – print and online.
